This book presents a cinematic monologue that explores the inner workings and mysteries of the film world—a unique realm and a universal art form built upon the language of filmmaking. Structured in three chapters, it introduces the concept of “cosmic cinema,” which embraces the infinite and the unbounded, standing in contrast to what is commonly termed “world cinema.” The second chapter offers a reading of the works of Spanish director Luis Buñuel, accompanied by a curated list of his most notable films. The third chapter is devoted to an elegy for Jean-Luc Godard.
